As a Sunburst Pharm Inventory Technician, you work with the inventory team to process incoming inventory for storage and sale. You’ll be tasked with labeling products for sale, trimming and packaging raw flower, restocking the sales floor, updating online menus, and assisting in internal inventory audits. The ideal candidate will do this in a positive, detail-oriented manner in compliance with state and company regulations.
Wage Range: The wage range for this Inventory Technician position is $17.50 – $21.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to follow all COMAR compliance regulations and Sunburst Pharm operating procedures
- Work under the guidance of Inventory Management to trim, package and label new products
- Prepare finished products for storage using FIFO procedures
- Update online menus with the latest product changes
- Assist Inventory Management with inventory audits and stocking dispensary products
- Assist in cleaning the dispensary, setting up and organizing displays
- Perform light clerical duties including accurate filing of patient information, inventory, and general records while maintaining strict patient confidentiality
- Maintain a professional and safe environment for patients and fellow team members
- Identify potential issues and work with senior management to correct them
- Work to continually educate yourself on cannabis and expand your knowledge of cannabis products and treatment methods
- Pass all required medical cannabis training programs
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a GPA of 3.0 or above
- College degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on compliance & organization
- Ability to work independently at a consistent pace
- Must pass all required background checks
- Ability to work all hours of operation: 5 days a week between the hours of 7AM-9PM
- Ability to stand for 7-8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds
- A strong desire to take the initiative and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
