Pay Range: $17.50 – $25.00 per hour
About the Role
As a Sunburst Pharm Inventory Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our inventory management team, ensuring seamless product flow from receipt to sale. In this role, you’ll handle product preparation, maintain accurate inventory records, and support our retail operations while adhering to Maryland’s cannabis regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming inventory following state compliance regulations and company procedures
- Prepare products for retail, including trimming, packaging, and labeling according to COMAR requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular audits
- Update online menus and product information systems
- Organize and stock dispensary products using FIFO procedures
- Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant workspace
- Support patient confidentiality through proper handling of sensitive information
- Identify and communicate potential improvements in inventory processes
- Participate in ongoing cannabis education and required training programs
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
- Physical capacity to:
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with:
- Windows PC systems
- Microsoft Office applications
- Digital point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Schedule Requirements
- 5-day work week
- Flexible availability between 7AM-9PM
- Weekend availability as needed
